bathroom was a tad small
very helpful staff, very friendly and english speaking
Attractive boutique hotel in an elegant part of Santiago.Fairly central, with easy access to Metro. Many good restaurants in the neighbourhood which is safe to walk at night and has broad tree lined Avenues.Staff is very friendly and helpful.Attractive clean room ,lobby and public areas.Pretty little walled garden. Good value for money. We would stay there again.
location near metro in an area with good restaurants, good parking facility. English speaking personel
Wi fi is not free
Good location. The best part was dealing with their Reservation people, I had Miss Katty Andrade booked our local tours, and she really did a good job. When I had problem with one of the tour, I phoned Katty's celphone at night, and she really helped and phoned the Tour Company to work out the issue. I was very impressed with her efficiency and effort to make things right. Sofia Po
WI FI is extra.
The Hotel is very well located, near the metro and restaurants, as well as the staff and facilities.
The fact that internet is charged is a bad circunstance. Be awere, if you pay in pesos the hotel will charge 21 percent in charges. Pay in dollars!
I like the bacolny attached to the room, even though at this season it is too cold to seat outside. I also like the delicate yard that attach to the breakfast room.
The internet was very poor in the room. Very low signal. I paid usd 20.- for two days internet and got very poor internet service for that. Would like to stay again in this Hotel but have to be sure that internet will be better
it was nice, but nothing out of the ordinary
the staff did not speak much English, I speak Spanish, so not a problem for me, but would have been for a non Spanish speaker
